Privacy, plainly.
What we collect
Only what you type into the waitlist form: your email address. We also store when you signed up and, if available, the country your request came from.
Why
To send you a confirmation now and one email when Sonday launches on the App Store. Nothing else. No tracking, no ads, no analytics cookies on this site.
Who handles it
Sonday is made by Backspaced in the Netherlands, which is responsible for your data. Emails are sent through Postmark (ActiveCampaign, LLC), which processes your address on our behalf under standard contractual clauses. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts.
How long
We keep your address until we have sent the launch email, plus 30 days. After that it is deleted, unless you sign up for something else.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data at any time by emailing hello@getsonday.com. You can also file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
